Shipping Charges

• Nationwide Shipping: Completely free across Pakistan.
• International Shipping: Charges depend on destination and package weight, calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available: In all major cities across Pakistan.
• Remote Areas: Customers in certain remote locations must pay in advance. Orders will be delivered securely through TCS courier services.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched to monitor its status.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

• Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. Ambreen Fashion is not liable for these charges.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at shopify@ambreenfashion.com within 7 days for assistance.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to pay customs duties, we will notify you. Reshipping charges may apply.
